How fast can you fill a position?
Most light industrial and office roles are filled within 24–72 hours. Skilled trades and direct-hire searches usually take one to three weeks.
What does it cost?
Temporary staff are billed hourly, covering pay, payroll taxes, workers' comp and our margin. Direct-hire fees are a percentage of first-year salary. See the employers page for typical ranges.
What if someone isn't a fit?
Tell us within the first 8 hours and you won't be billed for that shift. We'll send a replacement as fast as possible.
Job seeker questions
Do I pay anything to use Talentbridge?
Never. Employers pay us. If anyone claiming to be from Talentbridge asks you for money, report it.
When do I get paid?
Every Friday by direct deposit or pay card, for the previous week's hours.
Can temp jobs become permanent?
Often. About 40% of our temp-to-hire associates are offered permanent roles within 90 days.
