Talentbridge is a locally owned staffing agency founded in Charlotte in 2011. We work for both sides of every placement, and we take that seriously.
Started by a recruiter tired of the churn.
Founder Monica Reyes spent ten years at national staffing chains watching good associates get treated like numbers. She opened Talentbridge with a simple rule: if we wouldn't take the job ourselves, we don't send people to it.
Today we're a team of 31, placing more than 2,400 people a year with 300+ employers across the Charlotte region and upstate South Carolina.
